Sadly during university events the price is like Hilton on the beach with resort amenities. This place is not that by any stretch of the imagination. "I had booked two suites, and unfortunately, one of them had a strong marijuana odor. While the team attempted to address the issue by placing an ozone machine in the room, the smell persisted throughout the night. I would like to recognize Austin at the front desk and Victorria from Housekeeping, both of whom did an excellent job assisting under the circumstances. This situation is not a reflection of their efforts, but rather a concern regarding the room being cleared for the next guest despite the lingering odor. I was also surprised that no compensation was offered, which is something worth reviewing from a service recovery standpoint."
