Upon my arrival I was greeted by a friendly staff. The facility was clean and well kept. I had a large room that was very clean and comfortable. Hotel was close to several amenities.

After having some booking issues, the front desk was very helpful in getting it sorted out when i arrived at 9pm on a Sunday night. The front desk was great, room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was your average hotel breakfast

No, hot water for two days, In evening and next morning... didn't take care of room, RUGS were nasty and filthy, not dirty, filthy.. Shear curtain in window was dirty and even TORE! STAFF was NOT polite when reporting NO hot water, EXCEPT When staff finally gave me manager, Paula? I believe, VERY NICE and explained BUT no results. COFFEE WAS TERRIBLE!!! Check out Holiday Inn Express!!! GREAT COFFEE!!! AND THEY GAVE ME 500 POINTS!!! Which I'll NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!! One hell of a terrible experience!!!!
