"The check-in process was easy and headache free.
The breakfast/ kitchen team were kind and helpful. Note that breakfast closes 30 min earlier on weekdays vs weekends (1030 vs 11).
The room itself was spacious with clean linens. No mini fridge or way to call front desk though. No outlets in the bathrooms, you have to blow dry your hair in the main room and the dryer is fused into the wall. The light next to the mirror was not operational.
The HDMI outlets did not work next to the TV.

"Booked through Expedia to turn up at the hotel to find out my room had been “cancelled” although I’d had confirmation from Expedia to say it hasn’t. Had to then re book the room through the hotel direct for a more expensive price. Sounds like a bit of a con.
Hotel is a 3 star so don’t expect the world, basics. Worst part about the hotel were the staff and the shower pressure was almost nonexistent.
Great if you want extreme basics in a hotel somewhere to sleep and that’s it. Otherwise look...

"The property is beautiful and well maintained. The staff were extremely helpful. Dining in all three restaurants was superb. We would definitely go back. The Falconry experience was amazing. Just be aware it is not run by the hotel but it is on or adjacent to the grounds. A two minute walk from the lobby."

"The staff was amazing! They were so helpful in making arrangements for an amazing driver to St Andrew’s (James) for us. Carlos and everyone at the hotel was very helpful in getting us cars, making reservations and recommendations that were all spot on! The location was awesome as well as our room and all the amenities. Loved our stay!"

"Terrible internet! No A/C! Worse I have stayed in! I was put in a handicap room. The shower got the entire bath standing in water. This was due to the shower having no raised tile so a wheelchair could roll in. The tiny sink was at my knees. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! I tried to get other accommodations elsewhere but nothing was available. It was so bad, I was willing to loose the price we had paid!"

"I absolutely loved staying here and my 11 & 12 Yr olds were excited as well. My daughter literally didn't want to leave. The room was clean, smelled clean and lots of towels. Brilliant staff, very helpful and friendly. Free WiFi is definitely a bonus. And parking is reduced by half compared to parking on roads. We enjoyed having our breakfast at the hotel and I especially had three cups of plain lemon tea, which was Amazing. 100% recommended."

"It was by far the worst hotel stay we’ve ever had, and we’re frequent travelers. The air conditioning wasn’t working, the staff was extremely rude and indifferent, and they showed little to no concern for their guests. Overall, it was a very disappointing and upsetting experience."
