On arrival, the oven and hob were visibly dirty with grease and residue, and the kitchen overall did not appear to have been properly cleaned. "Clean room with plenty of hot water in the shower and a comfortable bed. But the outstanding feature was the staff not just helpful but friendly and as someone travelling, on this occasion, on my own they were invaluable. Yes, the property did look a little bit rundown and like it could’ve done with a lick of paint in places but that did nothing to detract from my stay. For r a budget friendly break in a long journey I could not ask for anything else."
