There is no common space or breakfast room. No one helped to check out. The laundry room which services the entire hotel is dirty. Noted homeless people staying under the exterior stair. Booked with Expedia which rates 8.2. Honestly don’t know how it gets rated with this high rating. Very disappointed and Certainly not...

"We liked that it was walkable to the waterfront downtown.The breakfast was good but no bread nor toaster , the girls did a great job making sure it was clean and refilled. The rooms are okay the staff did a good job with everyday cleaning towels…There’s an alarm clock but to be sure we woke up at 1;00 am we asked for a wake up call for 1:00 am but didn’t receive."

"The property has a nice appeal. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable and well appointed with a microwave and refrigerator in the room. The amenities in the bathroom were nice. The A/C however, was quite noisy."

"First time staying here and pleasantly surprised! About a 10 min drive from departure bay ferry terminal. It might not be the most walk accessible but it is a short walk from McDonald's and a strip mall with Montana's, marks, large dollar store, sushi spot, fat burger ect. We enjoyed walking around the lake and neighbourhood. "The bfast book was fabulous made to order what I wanted, hot tea in lobby all night. First night no parking I parked on the road and homeless loitering around I didn’t like that. Otherwise walking distance to downtown streets full of cafes and Indian restaurants galore. Nicer than most Quality inns"

"Not sure if it was related to current renovations but the water pressure was very low, we had to flush the toilet twice quite often just to get it to clear. Would have appreciated a microwave in the room and the fridge was quite small. Otherwise, it is a great location, with good food options and a wonderful clothes shop attached."

"There were available parking stalls. The room was not very clean. They must have just painted it during the day as it was full of paint fumes. There were no side tables for either bed. The bedding was questionable one top sheet looked like it was actually a tablecloth. Only 3 light bulbs worked and the bathroom door didnt close."
