"We checked into Mint House at 70 Pine – Wall Street, Room 322. The elevator code worked, but the door code didn’t, so we had to get a new one from the front desk. When we finally stepped inside, the air felt heavy — quiet, but uneasy.
That evening, the bathroom light flickered every 15–20 minutes. I held my husband’s rosary and quietly prayed. Around 11 p.m., we heard the toilet running by itself — again at 3 a.m. and 5 a.m.

"Gorgeous hotel in a brilliant location. Super modern, very cool. Lots of bars and a club in the hotel which are easy to access as a resident without needed to queue.
Rooms are all that’s needed. Bijou but well thought out.
Perfect for groups of single people and friends. Less so for families and probably not ideal for a romantic weekend away. Although the roof top bar has the most incredible views. "
"Perfectly fine if you know what to expect. Space is small but affordable. You're going to hear doors and people around you. I suggest using some noise canceling headphones or the ear plugs they provide you with. Stairs, no elevator (you could be booked 4 flights up). There's more bathroom stalls, showers in addition to lockers for larger luggage, and a small eating area with a couple tables downstairs. All the amenities for showering (soap, shampoo, conditioner, towel, robe). Just wish they had some disposable toothbrushes and razors. "
"The entrance to this hotel is lovely, the restaurant has a great ambience and open-air feel, and the service was top-notch. Perfect location for shopping and walking in SoHo "
"Absolutely loved my stay here. They gave me a warm cookie when I arrived which I love as a foodie and the staff was very nice and even let me check in early with no problems! I'll definitely stay here again"
