"This is a really bad hotel, more like a 2 star hotel. Avoid staying there. There are plenty of other options in NYC. Upon check in I was informed that the shop where you can get water was closed. No water in the rooms. The first room they gave me was dirty. I was given another room and that one smelled. ..."

"The staff was excellent, friendly and professional, however the room was not acceptable. bathtub continuously kept flooding, air condition was not working, carpet not clean as it should and roaches inside room. Need to improve house keeping."
