The overall environment of the hotel is nice, and the room is okay. However, the room was incredibly dry—I woke up with a severe sore throat and painful eyes, which completely ruined my sleep. On top of that, the front desk staff handling the check-in had a not good attitude and were very rude.

Staff is not attentive or much friendly. We went to the Liberty Bar and had some questions about the menu, it seemed to bothered the staff there and they weren’t helpful. The room was fine, not the cleanest in the corners. Staff was friendly. Someone was trying to enter our room in the middle of the night.
