彈簧床已經有點失去原有彈性，整個床塌陷，已經可以觸摸到彈簧了!建議要更新囉!其餘感覺都不錯，泡湯池很大，水也夠燙，只是蓮蓬頭的水量不夠，應該是美中不足囉

店家非常準時才安排入住 房間對面是一個小小夜市 燒烤店的味道會跑到房間 大概十點夜市就會關 溫泉的浴缸很大 三個人也可以一起用 可是浴缸外應該多加一層階梯 浴缸跟地面差距有點大 腳滑會很危險 要自己小心 而且泉水濃度也很高 沾到地上會比較滑 比較在意窗簾好像比較舊跟髒 早餐可能是因為沒太多住客 所以是按需要供應 晚餐要早點吃 因為老街也很早關店 旁邊就是便利商店比較加分 因為十點後就沒店員 所以有問題要早點解決 我們那天發現廁紙比較少 幸好發現及時

房間的換氣窗我希望可以做些維護修繕，因為它不能完全密合，導致對外部隔音不是太好，房間整體而言算是乾淨的，而在房間浴室內泡湯時剛好被我看到馬桶內側沒有刷乾淨，雖然平常看不到，但若剛好被看到也真的是不太妙。整體而言我很喜歡這次的住宿，希望提的這些小缺點可以被改善。

The condition of the room and hot spring facilities in the room were fine. The shower head didn't work though. At check in hotel staff had the wrong name on our reservation and it took longer to check in. Breakfast was a plus. A passable place for an overnight stay in Wulai.

室內溫泉很棒~

除了隔音稍差了一些, 房間非常乾淨還有附除濕機。 離老街走路約15分, 停車方便又免費!! 非常值得推薦

住尊爵房，房內的溫泉設施很棒，很貼心地有提供小冰箱跟空氣清淨除濕機，旁邊就是全家便利商店，對面就是免費停車場，飯店老闆給跑馬拉松房客免費延後退房時間。猜測可能是飯店老闆沒提前知道，當天大部份的房客都是來跑烏來馬拉松的，對跑步的人來說，其實早餐準備吐司香蕉等就夠，可惜當天的早餐仍維持08:00-10:00供應，所以跑全馬就沒飯店早餐可享用了。

早餐一般，但服務算不錯

附近有數家餐館，樓下有便利店，算方便。 沒電梯帶行李箱有點不便，只是笑容都不多，以為是不是被討厭了，不過店員都樂意幫忙，有景點遊玩地圖提供，教我走捷徑10分鐘去烏來老街。 能寄存行李在旅店，確定離開烏來前再致電旅店送到車站，這個服務非常好，謝謝幫忙！

A little old but nice.

The location itself was a bit inconvenient. We had to walk up the mountain, but once we get up it was easy to find. It takes about 20~30 minutes to walk up, but driving or taking the taxi up would only take a few minutes. The check-in staff allowed us to leave luggage at the front desk before our check-in time. And we had our choice of room types. The room itself was simple, clean, and most importanly, quite spacious. The hot spring tub in the bathroom was also pretty big. The free breakfast include rice porridge and some Taiwanese-style porridge side dishes. There were also toast, scrambled eggs, and ham for guests who prefer a more Western-style breakfast. Overall, our stay was relaxing and satisfactory.

いい加減なホテルです

受付で最初に今夜の予約は受けてない、と言われ啞然とした。確認番号を告げるとあちこちに問い合わせをして、宿泊を受け入れてもらえた。どうやら経営者が変わったかして、ホテル名が変わったようです。ホテルの正面玄関の上の表示も イマーズホテルとはなっていませんでした。ホテル名が変わったのなら、ホテルズドットコムからも利用者である私に連絡して欲しかったと思います。

普通的入住經驗，不建議過高的期待！

旁邊有全家，便利度還不錯；離老街有一段距離，不建議想離老街近者入住；隔音非常差，是可以清楚聽到隔壁房間以及馬路上的聲音；櫃檯人員還不錯，原告知只能五點入住，但因為訂房時寫17:00-14:00可入住手續，讓人誤以為14:00即可入住（無法截圖分享，但本人有截圖，若需要可提供），等了一小時就可入住了～還好沒有等上三小時（因當日下大雨），整體來說清潔度還算不錯，但整體住宿品質只能說：便宜當然會有缺點！ 備註：櫃檯服務時間，00:00-08:00是沒有服務的（網站寫01:00-07:00）；可入住時間是17:00後！（網站寫14:00） 以上兩點與網站上告知不同，請多加注意！

온천물이 정말 좋아요!

먼저는 방 안에 개인 욕실이 있어서 너무 좋아요. 아침에 한번, 저녁에 한번 온천을 즐겼는데요. 온천물이 정말 좋아요! 제가 신베이터우 온천도 다녀왔는데, 우라이 온천물이 더 좋은 거 같아요! 바로 피부가 매끄러워지는 게 느껴져서 신기했어요~! 그리고 저녁도 1층에서 화궈를 먹을 수 있는데 깔끔해서 좋왔어요~! 근처에 식당도 찾아가봤는데 호텔 1층 식당이 깔끔하니 가격도 괜찮더라구요. 무엇보다 직원분들이 친절했습니다. 시크하신 분이신 줄 알았는데... 영어를 못하실 뿐 관광하는 동안 짐도 호텔 로비에 보관해주시고, 우산도 빌려주시고, 심지어 우라이 폭포까지 차도 태워주셨어요.(말이 안통해서... 택시비 얼마냐고 계속 물었는데(구글 번역기로) 그냥 웃으시더라구요. 시크하게 데려다주시고 가셨습니다.) 숙소는 버스 정류장에서 좀 멀어서 그건 아쉽지만 물이 좋고, 객실도 가격 대비 깔끔해서 좋왔습니다.
