I especially enjoyed tea and coffee in the outdoor private garden and pool area. The location was central and convenient. I always felt safe and welcomed. "

"This property is falsely advertised as a 4.5-star hotel; in reality, it falls far short of that standard. It is an old, converted house with dated furnishings, holes in window frames, and a leaking roof. While the staff are friendly—and Smith, in particular, was very persistent in his efforts to help us—the management fails on basic amenities. There was no daily housekeeping or spa as promised, and we were even locked out one day due to the lack of a 24-hour front desk. The food is only bearable, the location provides lovely view, but is an absolute inconvenience, being far removed from the main road."
