"We stayed 7/28 -8/2. The room was okay, you had to hold handle on toilet to make sure it flushed: one table lamp did not work; They closed dining room for 24 hours; inside housekeeping was good but outside trash bin running over, but overall it was a pleasant stay. "Steps away from Convention Center and Shopping Mall. Breakfast was great. Staff maintained food fresh and hot. Kept area clean for occupants in lobby. I had a keycard issue but staff and front desk did a great job assisting me. I had a great stay. This is a great place to stay in New Orleans."
