"Hotels.com transferred me "directly" to the Crowne Plaza for 2 room as they no longer had another room at Best Western. I booked 2 rooms and the receptionist transfered me to a resort company for me to sign up. When I did not sign up the guy was rude and hung up on me. I immediately called Crowne ..."
