"Staff uncooperative, front desk kept play on the phone when I checked in. Misleading regarding parking and breakfast as both for extra money. Bed was twin while I booked king.I should have two beverages for free, did not happen. Valet parking is terrible, he brought my car toward the end of street, on a rainy day, and when asked, all this side is valet pick up and was rude. "

"Out stay in the " deluxe" room was disappointing.The room had no windows and was not at all like the rooms shown in the hotels advertising.We were also surprised by a $20 per day fee for amenities we didn't request -mainly cheap bottled water and a small outdated fitness room.There was a complete lack of room service, and during our 4- day - stay the room was never cleaned.Towels were only changed and the trash emptied after we asked on day 3- and even then it required a reminder.On the positive side , the location was great and the restaurant was very good.The lobby was probably the highlight of the property- it was nicely decorated and welcoming.Unfortunately the rest of our stay didn't live up to our expectations and we will not return to this hotel."
