"Beautiful historic hotel…took a long time to get hot water to room"

"Front desk afternoon was very friendly and efficient. Room was big. Fairly clean but needs a deep cleaning (corners, hallways). Lamp on the left side of bed didn’t work. Breakfast was just ok. "

"New hotel with futuristic concept. Ben the GM is an awesome leader and it shows through the entire hotel. Safe. Walkable. Clean. Hot breakfast. "

"To start off my stay, the TV didn’t work and someone had to come in and fix it. By the time I pulled down the blankets to get some sleep, it was after midnight. There were two beds in my room, and both of them had sheets that look like they had been used. And one bed, there was a bunch of hair and lint jammed up by where your feet would be, and the sheets were wrinkled like somebody had laid on them. The second bed, when I turned back, the blankets had two imprint of bodies on them. I always travel with essentially a sheet sleeping bag, which I used instead of sleeping and used sheets. I don’t know the last time the floor was mopped, because within two minutes my feet were black. So I wore shoes for the remainder of the night until I slept in my sleep sack. Overall, I was pretty disgusted and I could absolutely not recommend this place."

"They charge you 12$ to park a car which is not disclosed on hotel’s website. Should be included because everyone is driving! "
