"Lovely hotel secluded on island away from city hustle and bustle. Great for relaxation. Great breakfast. Fab clean room. On check in the lady as lovely and helpful, however there onwards any reception or hotel staff were generally rude and unhelpful."

"Room cleanliness acceptable , but could do with renovation in near future, staff very good, amenities also vey good
Decent choice for breakfast, meals and wine prices on par with other European city breaks (expensive)
Spa we only used one of the pools and the single jacuzzi is big enough for 6 only
Would we return, possibly however be prepared for some walking or get the Budapest Go app and use the very good public transport system , we are both in our 60’s and managed fine"

"I like the hotel, and its pool and breakfast are decent with reasonable prices. The only let down (which isnt really Hotel's fault, it's more Budapest in general) is the buses dont accept card payment yet and so the easiest public transport to the hotel isnt really usable for most tourists. (Bus 15)
It will be helpful if the hotel notice guests on this or lobby government for this change. I thoroughly enjoyed a completely cash-free city break in Budapest, and hopefully next time we visited the...

"Check in was very busy on arrival but staff were efficient. Room was large but furniture quite tired and worn but bed was super comfy. Again bathroom tired and needing updated, shower curtain a no for me, prefer shower screen. Breakfast was always busy but staff would find you a table very quickly. Plenty of choice in both continental and cooked, although hot buffet was barely luke warm. Fresh omelettes made to order but be prepared for long wait as always busy. Hotel ideally situated with...
