"There is no access by car to the villa, you get dropped off at a nearby carpark and the staff will come and collect you by scooter/bike. They will take you on one bike and your luggage on another. The villa is well worth this inconvenience. Any time we wanted to go out of the villa, we just needed to ask and they would drop us to the main part of Ubud. The staff are so lovely and attentive. The villa was beautiful. The breakfasts were delicious. I don’t usually leave reviews for Hotels.com...

"Excellent service except for the one night they came beating on my door. Breakfast was wonderful and the room was very clean. Moldy loungers so you didn’t want to lay on them. Gym was not available and my friend needed to work out; one of the main reasons we booked this hotel was it had a gym. No massages available.
