"The front desk staff very friendly. Room was nice but is in need of new carpet. The tv in room was like a guessing game on the channels. The last night it finally showed what was what. The bed . Pillow not bad. Bathroom was very clean. The water park was nice it wasn’t busy. The life guards seemed like they hated their job. All but one seem to have an attitude. The water was like bath water and one day it was even hot. Then another it wasn’t. The floor in the park needs a good cleaning. Wear water shoes. Be prepared for women wearing a thong bathing suit. Kids were like why she showing her butt. Idk it is a kids park."

"Nothing fancy but it is a clean motel with a fantastic location. Staff was friendly and helpful only complaint was check in was a t 4 and our room wasn't ready until 4:45 as they were "waiting for sheets"."

"Hotel was easily accessible to many different areas ( Saratoga Springs, Lake George). Very clean, great staff and the amenities were excellent. Wish still had coffee in the room so that at 5 am when I get up I don’t have to trudge all the way to the main level for a cup of joe. But that was the only hiccup. Definitely staying again when we come back in the fall."
