Room was clean and comfortable. The lake was very pretty and has a family of loons living on it. The heated pool was wonderful and we had it all to ourselves. Pam the manager was nice.

The experience was wonderful, if you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy the lake doing activities I recommend it to the maximum, the place is divided you choose access to the lake or access to the pool which I also enjoyed. The rooms very clean and with a pleasant smell, the staff very friendly and attentive. I would choose it again!!!!!

We loved it here! It was quiet and clean and perfect for what my family needed. I couldn’t believe all the amenities, simple things like lake and pool access, several grills throughout the property and even clean tools for the grills, sand toys for the kids to use by the lake. Paddle boats, canoes and life vests. A fire pit with access to split wood. Just all the little things that made it great. The communication to access the room was super easy too. Only 15 min from the center of lake George. We will be back!!

The good --room clean, price right, heated pool plus beach activities. The bad---my room was too small for 2 queen beds, no tables, no chairs, small bath and sink so no where to put things . Never saw housekeeping for the 4 days I was there, ran out of clean towels, coffee pods, etc.

Staff were fantastic! Upon or first day at check in, we weren't quite satisfied with our original room. It was not on the lake side but by the pool. We wanted lakeside. After a 10 minute phone call and an on-site visit from staff, we had our room on the lakeside. Room was comfortable, had a good sized refrigerator and the tv was easily adaptable for Fire Stick Streaming. Wi Fi was great as well. It was a beautiful weather weekend. And lake front beach and view are awesome. Firepit, and free use of paddle boats, canoe. Plenty of comfy beach chairs. Not too crowded for a holiday weekend and all the other guests we interacted with were lovely. Also conveniently located between Lake George and Saratoga Springs so easy drive to get to either spot for dinner or horse track. Definitely recommend and hope to go back next year. Thank you Motel Luzerne for a wonderful stay! Chris

This was our second year staying at Motel Luzerne, and it definitely won’t be our last. The views are absolutely beautiful, the rooms are always spotless, and the aesthetic is warm, cozy, and inviting. It’s a wonderful family-friendly place with a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for making memories and enjoying quality time together. Everything is well maintained, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. We love this place and highly recommend it to families and anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. 10/10 experience!

We loved the quiet atmosphere of both locations. The pool was clean with many places to sit and enjoy. The beach was well maintained with water vessels to use for anyone there. Both places had bbq grill to use. We never met any staff, but they were available by phone if need be. We will be going back.

A great motel with some perks - private beach, boats available to take out on the lake, ice machine, outdoor heated pool, some puzzles/games, and multiple bbqs for guests to use. Just keep in mind, if you book the cabins, you won’t have a view of the lake at all and you’ll also have to walk a little bit (like 5 minutes, nothing crazy,) to get to the private beach and boats. I think if I stayed there again, I would just book a smaller hotel room without the kitchen and have the lakeview. But regardless, a great stay and the people who own it were really nice and you can tell they genuinely care and want you to have a nice stay.
