AAA condo apartment in the midfle of 7 Mile Beach

The unit was better than expected, very spacious, clean, and full of amenities. Furniture, beds, snd AC all great! I will be returning snd rentong beach view. Great prices too! Restaurant served one of the best ackee and saltfish breakfastvall trip! Security was also vey friendly abd generous!

Spacious condo and perfect location on the amazing 7 mile beach with a nice large private balcony. Bed was very comfortable. Would have been nice to have better water pressure in the shower and a curtain on the bathroom window. Staff is wonderful and ocean front restaurant was good.

We loved the location and the property. The only issue we had was the water. There is apparently a water shortage on the island, and we woke up without water 4 out of the 6 days. It wouldn’t have mattered but we needed to be able to flush the toilet. They said it was due to the water shortage and we would constantly have to go tell them and they would have to do something with the pumps. The water pressure in the showers was like a trickle also. On day 5 they got a water delivery and it was a total 180. No water issues and immense water pressure. I just wish we would’ve had a heads up. Otherwise, the staff was amazing, and the location was to die for. We loved the ocean house.

Stayed with my family of 6. Staff was very friendly. We felt safe on the property. Upon check-we we’re given the wrong room. Staff apologized and quickly righted the situation. Stayed in the lower jungle unit. Plenty of space. Not much hot water. Kitchen pretty bare bones. Beach is beautiful. It is more towards the end of 7 mile beach. Can walk for miles on the Sandy beach. A wind storm unfortunately came through during our stay and made a mess of the beach. The staff did there best to clean things up. Property is less than a mile-walkable by sidewalk- to a small grocery shop. Would not want to do the walk at night. We did walk the beach at night to restaurants. We did enjoy the restaurant on site for a few dinners as well. Taxis are plentiful and expensive in the area. Takes about 1 second to be asked if you want a ride. About 2 hours to the airport with traffic.

Pro: separate AC in all rooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Clean. Approachable and helpful staff. Con: no toiletries. Tiny private beach with only four dry grass beach umbrellas.

Four groups of guests can enjoy these umbrellas. Be the first at the beach if you want to use it.
The strangest placement for the toilet paper holder I have ever seen. You must be very flexible if you want to use it.

I highly recommend booking this property whenever you’re in Negril. The condos are located in a great position on 7 Mile Beach and you will not have to worry about a lot of noise. The rooms are great for long-term stays.

Nice, quiet, comfortable.

This is a small private resort. While interaction is there with others staying, you have a level of privacy not found in other resort. The architecture of the buildings lends itself to a comfortable, quiet, and individualistic setting. The employees are work very hard to take care of you, insuring you have a good day, every day. Our condo was the tree top and it had a lovely balcony/porch of large size.

Beautiful location and view. Very nice staff. Food was good, even the night the city lost power they still cooked for us. Reason for the 4 stars is of course theres hagglers but i did not like that when 1 sat at our table the security was like 10 feet away said nothing and we just finally gave the guy $ to leave as we were talking to our daughter back home and about to eat.

Ok but needs improvements

Overall the experience was ok i love the view of the sea from the bar are even just relaxing under the hut on a beach chair. I wish they offered more of a variety when it came to jamaican breakfast. The staff was very inviting and welcoming. Cleaning could have been done more often we bought coconut we ate some of the jelly and left the rest on the table on our porch it was there for 2 nights. The rooms could use an update to something more modern. Rugs on the floor being they are tile and in the bathroom floors. Towels look cheap rugs more modern.

Our overall experience was good

This is not our usual spot to stay in Negril but it was relatively clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly enough. We had a couple of issues with our room that took a little longer to resolve then I would have liked but they were resolved within two days. The Sunsuite was spacious and stocked with all the kitchen necessities which came in handy for us. The full size beds and one bathroom was too be desired but it was the only condo left that could accommodate four persons. The bar is located on the beach which was nice. Of course you have to deal with vendors haggling you on the beach to buy things and there is a constant expectation of tipping from staff. The prices overall in Negril have gotten higher, and we experienced a lot of price gouging. The difference between what is charge to the locals versus what is charged to tourist is what I consider astronomical, but that's my opinion. These things are common everywhere in Negril however, not just at this location. Talking with the locals we found out that the people were greatly affected by the lack of tourism during covid so the higher pricing is their way of recouping 2 yrs of losses. Its not so busy at this end of the beach as it is closer toward Margaritaville so we ended up walking the beach for a bit of excitement but our overall experience was good. We also had family that stayed on the property, they stated that their condo was very nice. I think we would all stay here again if our regular spot is booked up.

Clean room, nice staff and security guards (Faulknor and Vincent were very kind), beautiful calm beach and grounds, amazing view from the Ocean View Suite. Massage therapist ladies, Cecile, Stacey and Brittany, gave us the best massages of any we've had in Jamaica. I recommend everyone have at least one massage when they visit. We also enjoyed the food and staff at the neighbouring Kuyaba restaurant...we had the escovitch fish every day. Fruit vendor beside the hotel was convenient and if you see Patrick the Lobster guy pass by, he had excellent lobster with garlic butter. We would definitely stay at the Beach House Condos again. Only recommendation to make the hotel better is to have beach towel service at the beach rather than front desk for convenience.
