"Staff"

"Excellente localisation, magnifique endroit et surtout, le personnel allait au-delà de toute attente pour nous aider et nous servir. On y reviendra!"

"Our family, including our young daughter, had a dream stay at La Darsena. We decided to venture beyond the more conventional choices of Varenna and Bellagio, and we’re so glad we did — we found an absolute gem! Just steps from the Tremezzo pier, the hotel is perfectly located, with the added advantage of a less crowded ferry stop for exploring Lake Como. The hotel itself is historic yet exceptionally well maintained, full of charm, and clearly run with genuine care by a family from start to...

"Great breakfast. Great view"

"The hotel was very clean, and right in front of the ferry which was very convenient!"

"Great Establishment!"

"ห้องพักกว้างมาก ด้านหน้าโรงแรมเป็นท่าเรือเล็นโน่ สามารถเดินทางด้วยเรือได้อย่างสะดวก"

"The best"

"We loved everything about this hotel! Absolutely beautiful hotel and rooms. The spa, wow! The staff and service go above and beyond! We can’t wait to go back!"

"Staff and Owner were very accommodating and kind, yet very respectful of the guests stay. This is one of the best experience of my 3 week solo travel in Switzerland and Italy. Brilliant restoration of a family villa with unique hospitality. From check in to check out it was a highlight of my travels. Suggest getting tickets for ferry from Como to Lezzono early in the morning to avoid long queue. Also, taking bus back to Como, in am, is often full. Best to travel with smaller suitcases for...

"Fantastic room, as advertised. Great location, excellent view, the staff are all friendly and most helpful. The restaurant food and service was excellent."

"A very nice, well-cared for room, in a great location. Such a beautiful region! The hike up to Vezio is well-worth the effort. Oh, and the bar below the hotel is a cheerful spot with good food."

"This was a fantastic room. Everything was thought of. A great vibe."

"Staff were incredible at helping with my numerous requests. Breakfast was delicious. The room was lovely. For the price I can’t think of a better place I’ve ever stayed at. Not sure when I’ll be back to lake Como but if I ever do, I’ll stay here again!"

"Staff and hotel was realy nice"
