"Floor dirty, shower head broken, mold in bathroom, bed very hard."

"There was no facial tissue (just an empty box) and no floor bath towel. The shower should be washed regularly as it has a very overwhelming dog smell. The second bed frame is not anchored to the headboard or wall so it keeps sliding on the floor with a bit of pressure against the sides, which is a safety issue even though guests are aware of it. Handrails to the beach trail needs to be repaired and replaced; some are missing completely. Otherwise, everything else is fine."

"The hotel had options for breakfast burritos and sandwiches that you have to preorder. They were small but tasty. The rooms don’t have coffee machines but there was plenty available in the lobby. There’s a Fred Meyer‘s across the street and dining options down the road. I would stay here again. "

"It was what I expected for the price. It wasn’t fantastic but it was only for one night. If you are on vacation and are in Tillamok for a short stay then it is a fine choice. "

"Pet friendly. Great hot water for a nice long shower to wash the ocean off. No coffee pot in room but there was coffee avaliable for free in the morning in the check-in area. "

"The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and quick on check in / check out. The kitchen was fully equipped, which we really appreciated. Beach access was super close. It was quiet overnight too! The only thing I'd recommend is to bring your own pillow, unless you like the memory foam ones. All the pillows were memory foam. We will be back next time we plan a trip to Rockaway! "

"You’re paying for the view. Three Arch Inn is situated in an amazing location in the cute little town of Oceanside. The views from the windows are top tier, it was beautiful and within steps from the ocean and beach. The property itself could use a little pick me up. We had the king room and it was bit dusty and felt dirty, there were stains on the couch and it had a hint of a musty odor in the room. The hot water wasn’t hot enough to take a bath and the jets in the tub do not work. The outlet...

"The entire stay was very nice. Parking was convenient. Registering was a breeze with staff very pleasant. Room was clean with a view to die for. Some things in the room needed upgrading ( paint was chipping in some areas and toilets need to be upped to 17-19 inches) but overall…….9/10!"

Check in was at 4 but it was not ready til 5:30 because they were unaware we had reserved it. The lake is beautiful but for the price and the place, go down the road a few miles and stay somewhere else."

It wasn't until we expressed our dissatisfaction that the staff—wearing visibly unhappy expressions—finally handed us the keys to our room. Consequently, just five minutes later, we checked out and left. It truly turned out to be an unpleasant and unlucky day."

"The room was amazing! Staff was very nice and brought us welcoming snacks as well as a drink of our choice to our room after we got settled in! I would gladly come and stay again! The breakfast was excellent and a welcoming chef to come out and take our order. Even though there was issues with some of thier kitchen equipment they were able to accommodate us and work around the issues they were having with ease! Thank you so much for having us stay at the beautiful property!"

"The property we stayed at is close to the ocean with a great view and fairly easy access to the beach. The house had comfortable furnishings and nice beds. We particular appreciated the comforters, quilts, and throws. There is a great stock of games and a good collection of books and travel guides. The house was very clean. We had a great time."
