The issue was my wife was starting to change when the door to the room opened it was a maintenance man going to fix something in the bathroom and was told the room was vacant. Now just imagine the surprise."

"No hot tub in room as promised. Several people in line to check in, all for a hot tub king size room whuch they had all reserved, just like us. Not sure if they really have such a room. The common area hot tub had no bubbles and was barely hot. "
