The hotel did not accommodate my request to check out early when I realized I somehow made a mistake and booked 4 nights instead of 2. That was their policy and I knew that in advance, but it would have been nice and accommodating for the hotel to be more flexible. They also refused to work directly with me and would only work through Expedia which felt impersonal and a little like I was a second class citizen by not booking direct with them. "
