"A wonderful staff. After arriving at the hotel after along flight, I left my phone in the taxi's cab. The hotel staff checked the cc-tv and got the license plate. And then found the contact information of the driver. They made sure to get my phone from him and deliver back to my room.
The staff here went above and beyond and i am so thankful to them."
"It was a great stay in Taipei. Comfortable. Clean. Most of staff were polite and friendly. Although I do need to point out that the receptionist to the bar on 3rd floor was a bit rude. I asked the receptionist for a table for 2 and he told us that the min charge was NTD800 per person. Did we look cheap? Were we, as guests of the hotel, not dressed up to the standard of the bar? I’ve been to a fair number of hotels with great bars inside and I’ve always been seated and served a menu first, before...
"Great service. Love staying here. Very helpful during a lost luggage experience. Accepted delivery of suitcases from airline while out shopping and dining. Eagerly delivered them to our room when we returned. Generous breakfast buffet with wide selection of fruit, eggs made to order, salad and sautéed vegetables, rice congee, curry and sides for the rice soup. Staff are friendly and greet you at every opportunity."
"The hotel is clean and easy to navigate around. The surrounding area have multiple convinient stores and restaurants within 5 mins walking distant. The room is a bit small but it is understandable for Taipei. The staffs are friendly and helpful; however, it is a bit difficult to communicate with some staff if you do not know Mandarin. Not every staff members at the lobby can communicate effectively in English."
