"Very good services from hotel officers, they provided solutions and recommendation to me such as where to go for eat or sightseeing. And most appreciated case was I did late room reservation which at that time had no twin beds left. But they still can provide me good solution, then at least I got twin beds room. The hotel decoration is very nice and differentiate from other hotels nearby. Overall satisfaction is good and worth to come for visiting."

"Have received a particularly special service at this hotel. I enjoyed my night booked here, so decided to book another 2 nights. This morning, the phone in my room rang and I was offered a room upgrade, for free. I had a look, a nicer room but decided to stay where I was, which I understand now, was an upgrade itself! A maid just (12pm) brought round a plate of fruit, just when I was thinking about going to get something to eat. I might have to stay another couple of nights!!"

"An amazing hotel. Luxury room! Fancy lobby. AMAZING staff! I wish I could remeber all their names. But Sunny was so kind and very interested in my travels and making sure I had a great stay at the hotel. The room was VERY clean and so fancy. The bed was so comfortable. There was even a tiny balcony! The location was ok. Hard to walk to any good restaurants. There were two across the street. I didnt eat there. There is karaoke every night across the street! Ugh.
