"Hotel was fine but the room faced a local convenience store where loud subwoofer music was playing until around 3AM"

"Check-in was smooth and everything seemed fine at first, but once we got to our room, it was pretty disappointing. The room was much smaller than the pictures made it look, and there weren’t enough amenities or towels for our family. The bed was also really uncomfortable, so none of us slept well. We called the front desk for housekeeping and were told someone would come, but after being gone for about 6 hours, nothing had been done. When we went down to ask about it, the front desk staff was rude and annoyed about us, and told us service was only for longer stays—which wasn’t what we were told earlier. And would’ve been helpful if they told us that from the beginning then just straight up lying to us over the phone. On top of that, the WiFi didn’t work and the room phone couldn’t make local calls. Overall, it just wasn’t a great experience. And will surely not be coming back here again."

"The breakfast on the weekends does not come out until right at 0700. A couple of us were waiting and the staff said no right at 7. Very inconvenient for those who need to leave."

"Parking was easy. Front staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Our room was nice, bathroom was clean, however, our floor was not clean. "
