I didn't get the room I expected. The pictures on the Hilton and Hotels.com sites are incorrect. I specifically wanted the room with the couch. I reserved the room that had that picture when selecting my room from the website. When I got there, the staff admitted that they had reported this issue several times, but nothing had been done. They would not give me the room I wanted, even when I offered to pay the difference in cost. Although I didn't get the room I wanted, my hotel stay was good.

Great hotel

wonderful room...hot tub was awesome bbq pits were used often by guest full kitchen was great. everything was very energy efficient... almost too much Lights would go off if we were sitting at the table eating or working and not moving enough for sensors... the stove was a trick to learn and it also goes off so simmering food for a long time (hot cider) is a challenge. Breakfast was nice and staff very nice

My reservation was upgraded from Tru due to a plumbing problem at Tru. The unit met my needs. The walls seem thin, though, as I could hear the TV and people talking in the adjacent room. The breakfast was more than adequate.

Hotel is brand new. They gave us a room that wasn’t really supposed to be rented out. It smelled terrible (think sewer gas). The hot water heater didn’t work. Hotel staff was lovely but nothing they could do. We had two rooms. The other room was great.

The staff was fantastic. Many convenient things like the bistro in lobby the food available at front desk was so very convenient. Having the kitchen area and island seating was really nice. Would recommend this hotel to everyone!! Will definitely be back

The room was nice, but the walls were very thin and I could hear my neighbors talking all night, to the point where it sounded like they were in the room with us. I did let the staff know and they were responsive, but unfortunately the noise continued. They offer a continental breakfast, but there was very little left even though we arrived first thing in the morning. That said, the price was very reasonable, and for the cost it was still a decent stay.

I booked this hotel for 1 night. I did book non-refundable. My flight was cancelled due to the govt shut down, which I had no control over, so I had to cancel my trip. I realize I purchased a non-refundable ticket, but it was truly beyond my control. This hotel had me send documents to confirm my flight was canceled due to the government shut down, which I did. Then after all that they told me I had to go through hotels.com since I booked through them. Hotels.com reached out to the twice. They still rejected my refund request. It was one night. Garden of the gods resort who I also had 2 nights refundable with refunded my money with no runaround and no documentation necessary. Every place I had something booked trains etc refunded my money. Everywhere except Homewood Suites/Hilton. They truly are non-refundable no exceptions at all even beyond your control. Be warned.

Everything was really nice except that the remote was missing to my TV and it took over 2 hours of back and forth to get it figured out and thank goodness we did because my neighbors that were in the connecting room were fighting almost all night very loudly in a foreign language and despite my call to front desk, nothing was done so I got very minimal sleep.
