Check in was a little screwed up. Took almost a half hour to get checked in. Others came and went while we waited for a computer issue as they called it. The young man tried to get help but a Mgr was not available. He said he see our paid reservation but couldn't access it for some reason. Once checked in our stay was fine.

Breakfast was supposed to be served until 9 AM but food ran out before 8:30 AM so family members were not able to have breakfast. Hot tub was never working the whole time we were there, five days. Staff were rude and unhelpful to anyone I thought they come in contact with. The exception was Heather, in the breakfast serving area. She was amazing

The staff is amazing! They are helpful and extremely nice. The front desk manager, Jin Garcia was so accommodating and kind. Our room was great and breakfast as well. We will definitely stay here again when we are here next year for the Colorado Sparkler 🎆

I called and left a voice message with the front desk to send a maintenance person to fix the hot room. The temp would not lower and we felt like we were in a hot sauna all night. Didn’t sleep. Spoke to Chad the evening manager the morning of check out that no one came to fix it. He said he will look into it to give me a refund and see why it wasn’t fixed an why it wasn’t made cooler. I told Chad/Manager of the hotel we had to sleep with the door open all night by keeping 2 barstool chairs to keep the door open so a little cool air circulated from the hall way into our room. He said he was sorry and will look into it to get a refund.

The room was nice, but the walls were very thin and I could hear my neighbors talking all night, to the point where it sounded like they were in the room with us. I did let the staff know and they were responsive, but unfortunately the noise continued. They offer a continental breakfast, but there was very little left even though we arrived first thing in the morning. That said, the price was very reasonable, and for the cost it was still a decent stay.

I booked this hotel for 1 night. I did book non-refundable. My flight was cancelled due to the govt shut down, which I had no control over, so I had to cancel my trip. I realize I purchased a non-refundable ticket, but it was truly beyond my control. This hotel had me send documents to confirm my flight was canceled due to the government shut down, which I did. Then after all that they told me I had to go through hotels.com since I booked through them. Hotels.com reached out to the twice. They still rejected my refund request. It was one night. Garden of the gods resort who I also had 2 nights refundable with refunded my money with no runaround and no documentation necessary. Every place I had something booked trains etc refunded my money. Everywhere except Homewood Suites/Hilton. They truly are non-refundable no exceptions at all even beyond your control. Be warned.
