"Very clean apartment with great amenities and in the perfect location (walking distance to everything). Loved that there was a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer on the second floor, the room was very clean, and the staff answered my call on the first ring when I had trouble with the keypad. The place is a super close walk to the Airlink 100 airport bus stop but is a little difficult to find at first since there are no overhead signs. "We arrived on an early morning flight and luckily our room was ready when we got to the hotel. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. Our check-in was seamless and we were made to feel welcome. Because of the short time we were in Scotland we didn't have an opportunity to dine in the hotel. The complimentary snacks and drinks in the room was a nice touch. Our in-room cooler didn't keep the drinks chilled, but that was the only negative to the entire stay. The location is wonderful! We roamed all over Old Town and getting an Uber was a breeze if we wanted to venture further. If we have an opportunity to visit Scotland again this is definitely our home base."

"It’s a great location and the kitchen is fully equipped. The room is spacious. Value for money in view of the hotel price in the area. A few small issues: pillows are quite high for me and the staff said there’s no other option; the hot water in the shower was not very hot; the pots, pan, and tea tower were not cleaned properly. "
