"Booked in, but no information about how to get to our room, not was there any thought about providing directions to the room or where the dining room was. The room was clean, & that was the only good thing to say about it. It was the first time ever staying in an Ibis, & will be the last. We didn't stay for breakfast as our flight left at 07.25, but I have subsequently found out that the breakfast starts being served very early, but we weren't told that either. "I requested breakfast but was told they didn’t do it anymore. The stairs were cramped with 2 turns and inadequate/absent rails. We did not meet any staff. There was a note saying how we could ring them. The hot and cold water at the wash basin were plumbed in the wrong way round. I did not see any indicator for which was hot or cold. It matters because this is where you fill the kettle. The bed was comfortable and the room was warm."
