"The room was clean. The staff was very friendly specially Joseph who fixed the day of my reservation."

"Hotel is in a fantastic location right off the main highway. There’s various options for food and 2 supermarkets all walking distance. It’s easy to get a taxi or a mini bus to take you around Penonome. Taxi fee is around $1.65 and mini bus is around .35 cents. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel and would recommend it."

"Staff was very helpful and courteous. I did not use the pool, but it was clean and well kept. The room was very small, but it was nice and clean. The children’s area is not well kept. I did notice the staff working on remodeling some parts of the property throughout my stay. There’s not much to do around the hotel besides going to the casino. You can catch a cab for $1.65 to the bus terminal station which is bout 5 minutes away from the hotel. There’s a grocery store and some shopping you can do...

"Overall, the property itself is nice, and it offers what you would generally expect from an all-inclusive resort. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by extremely poor customer service, particularly from the front desk and security staff. When we checked in, the hotel mistakenly gave us the wrong wristbands. The following day, security approached us and aggressively escorted us across the resort—while we were wet, and covered in sand—to the front desk because of their mistake....

"The property is very comfortable for short stays, easily accommodates 4 persons. It is essentially a spacious hotel room with a kitchen and a big balcony. The elevator is right in front of the entrance. The condo is close to the huge pool and a beautiful beach. Beds are comfortable and there is a full closet and additional storage space in the room. We had an excellent stay and will look forward to coming back"
