We were awakened by loud banging due to window washers, they should have not disrupted customer’s rest, it could have been started at check out time, Noon. Also, signs were flickering that made us nervous, my husband looked into it and discovered that the tech team was doing a drill. A letter the evening before would have been nice, or for us to be told directly upon check in arrival.

PottersHouse Realty's staff really enjoyed the stay. This is a preferred hotel for relaxation, business meetings, and weddings. The rooms are super clean. The amenities are great. The staff is friendly and above average.We highly recommend this esteemed hotel.

Very clean and modern hotel. The staff is excellent, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here since it is close to downtown Nashville but without the noise and crowds.

Excellent hotel and so very clean. Upscale hotel for a decent price. Free parking. Room has huge glass windows overlooking Franklin. I’m so happy they built this hotel. Definitely coming back

Had a nice 2 night stay. Wish we would have been told we had free breakfasts the first day instead of the 2nd. All else was great.
