"We loved our stay. It's in a very accessible part of the city. The staff are helpful and the layout is very unique. The room makes the most of the space. The amenities provided was a huge help. Plenty of shopping and walkable spots nearby as well."

"My favorite hotel in Sapporo. Unlimited spa visits and free beer at happy hour. Excellent bedding and comfortable room. Excellent customer service too. No charge plains at all. Construction does exist around property but this did not effect me"

"I stayed in a corner suite, which was spacious, bright, and comfortable. The parking garage was excellent and very convenient. The hotel is new, and the facilities are modern and well maintained. The staff was not particularly helpful, but given that this is a large hotel, I suppose you cannot expect too much in terms of personalized service. Overall, I had a good experience and would consider staying here again."
