"We stayed 3 days here. The location was so convenient- it’s in the center of the city. The front desk lady Bess was wonderful. She went out her way to help me. Match may be the best season to visit Nanjing. Flowers are blossoming through the city. Food was so fresh and good. We had a wonderful time in Nanjing. "

"My stay at the Ritz Carlton Nanjing was very nice. The staff was friendly and the amenities were nice. There was some wear and tear in my hotel suite which was kinda surprising to me. I would think they would replace or fix the furniture in the rooms that were worn. My room was nicely decorated for my birthday with a small cake and rose petals. There was also a nicely written card. The food and drinks in the Executive Lounge were deliciously. Especially the lamb chops that were freshly prepared. My main disappointment was not being able to have breakfast in the main dining area due to it being full and I had to go have breakfast in the Executive Lounge where the breakfast items are very limited. "

"Room WiFi was really bad. Guaranteed non smoking floor but cigarettes smell was very strong. Noisy floor with music students. Won’t recommend to friends nor stay again."
