"The staff which was so helpful they are truly outstanding. The food has always been just perfect 100% of the time and the position by the river is just unbeatable. There is a wonderful spa and gym part and we had complementary meditation lessons and water gymnastics by the pool. I can’t wait to get back soon."

"Stayed here 7 years ago when this was an Ibis Styles hotel. Returning after this time and the hotel is maintained in good condition. Hotel is more family focused now, which I guess reflects the changes to Khao San Rd nowadays. Would stay again, only improvements I would recommend is the breakfast menu was pretty basic and staff lacked service attention to detail. (We found a hair in the scrambled eggs, and the staff just took it away without explanation or apology)."

"Everything was perfect. The staff went above and beyond to provide the best service, and the facilities were always kept spotless. As for breakfast, the variety was a bit limited, so it might be a hit or miss depending on your taste."
