"Property is run down, we misplaced our room key and they don’t have a spare so had to have someone open door each time, was an inconvenient and had to wait over 20 mins in wet clothes as it seems like they forgot to help us and had to request for help again. "The hotel is right at the center of Hammamet, beautiful and peaceful area. There is plenty of shopping and food around, there is also a beach just outside the town.
You need to be independent and low maintenance at this hotel due to staff being a bit cold and unavailable at times. The manager is the only English speaking person, and he can be reached through WhatsApp."
"This property didn’t have any heat, we were graciously moved to another villa that had heaters. But after 6 nights, only one night was with hot water and heat. We were constantly fixing the water heater but never enough to heat the villa or take a bath. The manager was very respectful and tried to accommodate, brought portable heaters, but the water heater just wasn’t having it. He even offered to send us to the hotel, but the villa was gorgeous and accommodating for family in and out all day....

"Everything was good about the hotel but to much spoke as they had bar downstairs evevening till.late ppl was smoking and driking shisha etc so was not happy about the spoke all over the area , even could smell the smoke in the room and find it very difficult
to sleep also loud nosies at night having 2 family members with asthma other then that food was amazing services was good and cleaner was so good room always tiddy also fresh towels was placed everyday very close to the beach and few shops around the area for food and drink ect
