Definitely needs a renovation, dated rooms; there is construction right next to the property, noise. Good thing - rooms have kitchens; very useful for longer stays and very nice pool and hot tubs; right by the beach and close to the boardwalk.

Besides the ongoing construction we had a blast! Great amenities, good drinks and food at the pool bar, close to broadway at the beach and the boardwalk. Tasha was very helpful and polite and got us early check in on arrival day which we were extremely grateful for after a long 14 hour drive. Plenty of free accessible parking. Breakfast is okay, very limited options(waffles, sausages, eggs, yogurt, fruit). Will stay again!

Hotel is under construction, our room in the north building was very outdated and in need of major updates. Breakfast was basic and delicious. Pool and hot tubes as expected. Access to the beach was nice.
