"A very basic hotel near Zurich. Absolutely bare-bones furnishing (with not even a glass in the bathroom or bedroom!). The hotel bed was rather uncomfortable...making a good night's sleep difficult as well.
Suitable only for highly price-conscious travelers for 1 or 2 nights.
Further, the hotel seems to have very poor systems. At every step of check-in and check-out, they wanted me to pay City tax extra, which had already been paid at the time of booking. I had to call their Helpline every...
"Lovely hotel, super clean. Convenient location and good value if you don’t mind a train journey into town. Friendly and helpful staff with a great restaurant and breakfast. Only critique is the pillows were quite flat and uncomfy and the sheets didn’t fit the bed properly. But the bed itself was comfortable."

"The rooms are modern, spacious and have everything you need for modern serviced apartment. There is an Aldi, fast food shop and department store within 5mins walk. There are bus stops in 2mins walk or walk 11mina to Altstetten train station. Easy to check in and out as long as you have a phone and they stores luggage so I could explore and put them in my room when it was ready."
"The booking with package for hotel with breakfast when we checked in with the lady they prohibit us not to get any breakfast even we asked them to check it again but still no breakfast we do not want to argue just give us money back for breakfast that we paid for 5 persons
