"I received no communication at all. Was told an email was sent but I didn't receive anything. It is just a small apartment with nothing whatsoever saying its name or address. Was at the supposed location for 3 hours trying to get contact. Hotels. com was eventually being helpful. But found the room myself 200 metres from the map location. Found it by mistake. Wish I hadn't. Worst place I've ever stayed in. Only plus, it's near the tram stop Damascus gate. "

"I can say all the standard things, but here is the most important one. I was staying there on the day when the most recent conflict started, and I was anxious about canceling my stay and catching the train home while they were still running. The manager on duty did her best to reassure me, quickly processed my cancelation and gave me a refund for the unused night. It was very helpful on a very difficult day."

"This is a very nice hotel. Probably the cleanest and the friendliest and the prettiest of the many hotels we've stayed at this trip in Israel. The balcony in our room was large and generous, and I could see the Temple Mount complex from it. This is Jerusalem, joe. "Absolutely stunning hotel! Even more beautiful in person than in the photos. I loved the stone architecture and the Orthodox Christian icons displayed throughout the hallways—they added such a unique and peaceful touch.
