"I just completed my fifth stay -- 8 nights this time around -- at the French Market Inn and it was absolutely wonderful, as always. The staff is so kind, and the location is close to Jackson Square, the riverfront, and easy streetcar access. The entire Quarter is easily walkable. The courtyard is a collection of classic 18th century buildings built around an impossibly lush and lovely courtyard complete with fountains and a small sparkling plunge pool. The rooms feature original brick details and maintain their historical feel even as they have been subtly remodeled with all expected modern conveniences. I visit Orleans frequently, and bounced around hotels until I found the French Market Inn. But it's home now! Thank you for having a spectacular stay, FMI!"

"My stay was perfect! The staff were exceptional. Nolan in the luggage check in was so friendly and kind. I really enjoyed talking to him. Thomas in valet does his job with a great attitude. He seemed to really care about the patrons of the hotel. I wish I knew the lady in room service. She was so fun to talk to. And the front desk ladies were very helpful. I was very impressed! "I really loved the property. The AC thermostat went out, but, they fixed it fairly quickly. The property owner contacted me immediately and let me know that she would make sure it was taken care of. I know that it wasn't their fault. These things happen. However, I was able to contact someone immediately using the number given, and I was very grateful. I was in town for a wedding, and the fact that they took my concern seriously and tried to resolve it quickly, is so appreciated."
