I absolutely loved the location and the hotel! It’s definitely one of the nicer hotels if you’re looking for cleanliness, as it’s just a short walk to Canal Street and the French Quarter (if you’re up for some walking). The hotel is always hosting events, so it’s lively during respectable hours. And the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating!

The hotel was great and the staff were super helpful. My only issue was the incredible pool area and rooftop. I enjoyed the event on Juneteenth but since the pool is so small it made it hard for me and others to enjoy it because there wasn’t enough room or chairs for hotel guests. It’s so popular so not sure it’s an issue that can be solved but it’s worth noting.

Definitely book this hotel — it is worth it, especially if you can get it in the $100-$190 range per night. It’s a beautiful hotel, the bed is super soft, amenities are updated and nice. The rooftop was great and the bars were great, the food was solid too. Good location. One of the staff members came off a bit rude, but it was most likely due to how busy they were at the time. One of the bartenders was an ***hole though, which wasn’t the best experience as we were celebrating a special occasion. Vonn at the front desk was amazing!

The staff was awesome, especially valley ISAAC. He was great so helpful whenever we had any questions concerning valet parking or anything for that matter ISAAC was on top of it for us even when he wasn’t working he was down the street at the other hotel he came down and we saw him and he still assisted us so I just wanna give a big shout out to him your Bar staff awesome we just had a great time. Thank you guys for the for the for the great time.

The room was immaculate. We just had to keep contacting the front so that they can clean our room. The service was good. The drinks were good. They took off the past sellers off their food menu so their food menu at the rooftop of the pool. It’s really whack they took off the hot wings and the burgers things that would sell. They need to put that back on just a little FYI all the amenities were great except for the TV. It had a black line through it. It really wasn’t working. it kept disconnecting but other than that it’s a good stay. It’s a clean stay. It’s a calm place. It’s close to everything. I do recommend.

The Virgin Hotel in New Orleans was super. Beautiful room and nice, friendly staff. Rooftop pool and bar and dining room, etc. were excellent. Walkable distance to Bourbon Street and all the "action".
