The property is in serious need of REPAIR and remodeling. Staff was courteous. Balcony had a nice view. In good French Quarter location. The pool was a kiddie pool. Rooms cramped. Furniture shoddy. Housekeeping service ‘on demand’ for $10.00 per day. Some or many units are owned on a time share basis. Will not return.

This is a decent place and I would stay here again. It’s a good location for exploring the French Quarter by foot. The rooms are pretty dated but comfortable. Parking is first come first served and on weekends you should plan to park on the lot behind the hotel. It’s $28 a day.

The staff was friendly and the location was awesome. It bordered the French Quarter and the music section, which was great for convenient walkability, and the room was great.
