The best thing about the property was its location - near the French market and jazz clubs. Historic building. In need of updating. Our I bedroom efficiency gave us some privacy and cooking options that a regular hotel room would not have afforded

The property is in serious need of REPAIR and remodeling. Staff was courteous. Balcony had a nice view. In good French Quarter location. The pool was a kiddie pool. Rooms cramped. Furniture shoddy. Housekeeping service ‘on demand’ for $10.00 per day. Some or many units are owned on a time share basis. Will not return.

This is a decent place and I would stay here again. It’s a good location for exploring the French Quarter by foot. The rooms are pretty dated but comfortable. Parking is first come first served and on weekends you should plan to park on the lot behind the hotel. It’s $28 a day.

Perfect location - across the street from the streetcar station, walking distance to Bourbon St, east end of the French Quarter. Nice for a family, since it has bedrooms, instead of just one room with beds. We 100% plan to stay again.

I thought it was a great location very close to the French market, And right in between the east edge of the French Quarter, but allowed quick access to the heart of Bourbon Street. Had a lovely and unique garden Court.

The staff was friendly and the location was awesome. It bordered the French Quarter and the music section, which was great for convenient walkability, and the room was great. We had a one-bedroom, which also had a living room, kitchen, and bathroom. It was like a small apartment, very comfy and pleasant.
