Staff were excellent and whilst it was a way to the ferry to get across to New Orleans, Algiers Point was well worth a visit. Such a great neighbourhood, really friendly people and some great places to eat and drink

It was clean & a decent location. It was a little noisy in the night & a lot of slamming around in the morning. No elevator the older couple with us didn’t like. We would stay there again.

This property is a little dated but was clean and suitable for our needs. The room was large and bed comfortable. It’s a good deal in a good location. Stayed there prior to a cruise and would recommend for a quick budget stay. Came with a nice kitchenette as well.

Front desk staff was very nice and helpful, rooms were clean, no bedbugs, only complaint is the kitchenette. People have stolen everything from them (utensils, pots, pans, cups, bowls, plates) and people should have to pay a refundable security deposit when they stay incase they do steal. There is also a usable printer and computer by front desk which is very helpful being as a lot of the parking places around New Orleans requires a print of your parking pass put in the windshield.

Nice Stay

Hotel was nice and decent. It was overall clean and comfortable. While the hotel did have cosmetic issues that could be fixed, we did enjoy our stay. We got clean towels everyday. There was a kitchenette (mini sotve range, mini fridge and microwave). Its close to downtown and on the 4th of July, we were able to walk outside and see thr fireworks from the river. We would definitely stay again if needed.

The staff was wonderful & very cooperative but the kitchen needs a major upgrade. All the cabinets were full of rust, countertops & stove with stains and I had to get a scrubbing pad to to the counters. The fridges are partially working, outdated and too small--I had 2 rooms. One of the rooms had cereal stuck to wall behind head board of bed and the mattress, on the same bed, when sat on it, it felt like you was going to be swallowed up.
