"The location is the heart of downtown, Kagoshima city. It has a view of Vocalno Sakurajima and Kinko bay.
It is convenient to walk, take a public transportation.
Also, a big grocery store is the front of the hotel.
People who working are very kind and respect.

"Great staff who can speak both English and Japanese fluently and very helpful. The laundry machine included in the room is very nice as it can wash and then dry. The kitchen is fully furnished and so nice there's a fridge. One of the best hotels I stayed at!"

"We enjoyed our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet despite the outside construction. The staff was friendly and accommodating. "

"Located in the center of Kagoshima, this hotel offers a tranquil and comfortable escape. You'll find the rooms spotlessly clean and the staff exceptionally kind. The area is also packed with fantastic restaurants. I highly recommend it."

"A nice clean and comfortable room in a residential area of Kagoshima. Less than a mile from many amenities, including the train station. Would stay here again."

"The hotel is very convenient and well located. We had a spacious room. The only negative point was that the communication with the staff is very limitated as long as they speak Japanese and hardly English"
"The hotel is conveniently located near Tenmonkan. The staff are very courteous, and the facilities are newly renovated and well-maintained. I have stayed here twice already and would be pleased to return in the future."
"Likes: The unit has a very pleasing interior with modern amenities. Access is secure, and is gained by entering codes on touch panels. The kitchen is well equipped. The bedroom is spacious, which was very welcome in Japan. Proximity to the train station and local streetcar station, and to the Sakurajima ferry, was very convenient. Having a grocery nearby was convenient, since we did quite a bit of cooking in the kitchen.
Areas for improvement: There is not enough lighting at the wash basin, making it difficult to see when brushing teeth or shaving. Would help to have a recessed spotlight above the wash basin, or lighting above the mirror. Also, lighting above the right bed is dim. Would be desirable to have a recessed spotlight above the right bed.
Did not like: The proximity to the train station resulted in a constant loud rumble of trains coming and going that was bothersome, that one has to block out."
