"This property is in a great location, close to the ferry port, shopping, and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, but it was a royal pain when the power went out (not the property’s fault)-it was a long way down from the 6th floor to carry a heavy bag down the stairs. "Was allocated room 61, on arrival it was like an oven as aircon wasn’t working. Reported this and told give it 5 minutes, then 10 minutes, then 25 minutes and so on just getting fobbed off. After 3 hours gave up and booked another hotel as couldn’t stay overnight there in the heat. Receptionist was trying to be helpful but couldn’t do anything without manager approval who was no where to be seen and uncontactable. Asked for refund but again basically they refused to respond to Expedia."

The tiny elevator was left full of all the laundry bags by the staff. The units rely on key code entry and the battery died preventing entry to our room.
