"Great location and availability at an even better price. Recently updated. Desk lady was very nice. Parking was a bit of a challenge as my truck is so big. Certainly not like the other guest’s vehicles. Extremely clean but the amenities were a bit disappointing. My only real beef was the bed. It was so hard I could barely sleep and my body is still sore. Maybe new industrial equipment."

"My hubby and I always celebrate our anniversary in Morro Bay. We like to choose different hotels each year. We've had great hotels and not so great hotels. I would put Avisa as one of the great hotels! The staff, Cameron and Heather, are so personable, kind, helpful, and funny. The room was clean and the balcony allowed us a perfect view of the rock. I definitely give this hotel and the staff an enthusiastic 5 stars!"
