"Easy to find a couple of blocks off the beach. From our slider we had a view of the city and the bay. From our balcony (room for a small table and 2 chairs). We had a view of Morro walk. It was quiet, very clean. Everyone was very nice, the clerk at the desk was very helpful and provided me with a plastic knife(cheese). I found the bed comfortable. It’s not Westin bed but you’re not paying the Westin price. I had multiple pillows one soft and one firm(perfect). This place is a great value and a nice place to stay. I love that they have two decks with tables and a view. I will most definitely stay here again."

"It was clean and bright our room only had one trashcan and it was in the bathroom and small. There was not a lot of extra towels, and the fridge kept making noise all night. Very thin walls."

"Close to restaurants and seashore"

"We enjoyed our stay at Inn at Rose’s Landing in Morro Bay. The location was great, the room was comfortable, and the after-hours check-in process was smooth and easy, which we really appreciated after arriving later in the day. The property made for a convenient and relaxing base to enjoy Morro Bay. The bathroom barn door did not have a lock and would slide open, so privacy was a little limited. Pro-tip: install heavy magnets to help keep the door in place. You may want to consider adding a lock."

"The room was clean and the staff is nice. I have gone there several times and have always been happy with it before, but this time was different. The bed was as hard as a rock and the TV package was terrible. There were no movie channels. Most of the channels were infomercials. I could put up with both of those, but I cannot put up with the breakfast. They had some kind of croissants with meat and eggs. If you’re vegetarian they had one without meat. However, if you don’t want, or can’t eat bread, you’re pretty much out of luck! They did have oatmeal, but I absolutely hate oatmeal! Gross! I’m allergic to wheat, so croissants are out! They use to have boiled eggs, yogurt and a lot of pastries, muffins and donuts. I didn’t eat the pastries and things, but my husband enjoyed them. They used to have bread to toast too and some cereals. One of the reasons we stayed there in the past was because of their breakfast. I can’t imagine anyone with children eating croissants with spinach in them. I know that my husband wouldn’t like that either. I will call next time, to ask about the breakfast. If it’s still the same, than I will find another place to stay!"

"Parking was easy and convenient. Centrally located near the waterfront. Morro Rock is about a 1/2 hour’s walk away."

"The room had a king size bed, floating end tables (attached to the headboard), a small table with two chairs. The coffee maker and phone sat on a buckboard bolted to the wall - there was no other furniture. No dresser, chest of drawers or even a bench so luggage and coolers went on the floor. The fridge and microwave were stacked and sitting at the far side of the room. All in all very sparse. The (only) ice maker didn't work. Also no carpetting, vinyl plank flooring instead. "
