"Very friendly staff. Quite environment. Peaceful drive and not too far from Boston"

"Useless!"

"Not"

"The hotel does not provide daily housekeeping services, nor do they remove the trash from the room every day. According to their policy, rooms are only cleaned once every three days. How can a hotel expect guests to stay in an uncleaned room for three days? Additionally, the shampoo and conditioner provided were only tiny sample-sized bottles, approximately two inches tall. There was no body wash in the bathroom either; they only provided a very small bar of soap which is also two inches...

"Not very well insulated, could hear people thumping from above us or people from other rooms. The room was clean; however, toilet had a few gross spots. Room was odd. Gym didn’t have sanitation wipes or water available. This would be the lowest ranking Holiday Inn in our book, and we tend to always stay at the Holiday Inn chain."

"We loved everything about the property. My only complaint is that the bedding had a strong bleach odor and the sheets were very scratchy making it difficult to sleep."

"Walking distance to train station (to South Station) and shopping center."
