"The best thing about the Wyndham Costa del Sol is its excellent location, just a couple of blocks from the Plaza de Armas, as well as having other shops and restaurants just outside the door. The hotel is well-staffed, and they were always happy to help with anything you need. The property is nice, especially the courtyard. The rooms are nice enough, I do think they can upgrade the bathroom which looks a bit dated and does not have the best hot/cold water control. Overall, a great property...

The hotel is central enough that the tour operators will pick you up from reception, which is available to assist you at all hours, even packing you a breakfast for the early tour starts. The room was also quite cold, especially during the night. Overall, it was a decent stay, but improving English communication and room heating would make the experience much better."

"Very good hotel and very good staff! The place is clean, has character and is excellent BUT…..it’s located behind the wall from a very very loud night club and the music goes on till 4-5 am. The hotel is trying to solve it by providing guests with ear plugs but they don’t really help. If you don’t mind partying all night, stay here! If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, I’d look for another place."

"rooms were clean, nice to have the common kitchen for coffee, they helped with anything I needed, everything felt clean and safe and the location was perfect, right in the middle of town and no need to climb any hills. Cusco can be loud and this location is tucked into a side street only for pedestrians so you don't hear the busy streets. I would definitely stay her again, it has everything we needed. Showers were actually hot and they even had a hair dryer."
