"The location is perfect! Easy to find a good restaurant, good cafe, etc. The hotel was nicely decorated but there were many pubs and bars around the hotel. You'll hear the very loud noise until 4-5 am on a weekend night. And If you had bad luck get the room on the 1st floor located near the common area. Another guest will wake you up by a very loud noise by chatting with others since 5 am. However, I love the hotel staff very much. They were so kind, very helpful and super friendly. "

"rooms were clean, nice to have the common kitchen for coffee, they helped with anything I needed, everything felt clean and safe and the location was perfect, right in the middle of town and no need to climb any hills. Cusco can be loud and this location is tucked into a side street only for pedestrians so you don't hear the busy streets. I would definitely stay her again, it has everything we needed. Showers were actually hot and they even had a hair dryer."

"The staff were great and the location was perfect. The food in the hotel was always quick and met my needs. Now the cons, the bed was very firm. I found it hard to sleep comfortably. Cusco itself is chilly in the morning so i expected some type of heating but none were available. The washroom was outside of my room and i found it a bit uncomfortable to use it. The layout of the horel is nice but it is fairly old. Still i found it good due to the atmosphere and staff."

"The hotel is very well located but the rooms are extra small, the bathroom has been the smallest one I have ever seeing since visiting Paris some years ago. If you sit at the toilet and you lean your head a little, you will can hit the wall. I know it sounds funny but the rooms are very, extremely small. Staff was very nice but I didn’t liked the place at all. I personally preferred to pay the cancellation fee and select another hotel once I had to be back at Cusco, location is excellent. "

"I had such a great experience! Amazing location for the higher viewpoints, while only being 5 minutes from the main plaza. I had a very warm welcome and they were super friendly. It was mostly quiet and the beds were the comfiest I’ve had in Peru so far. Breakfast was nice light but filling items so you don’t feel sick in the morning at this altitude. They even let me stay and use the kitchen and lounging area and bathrooms for a few hours while I waited for my flight ! They’ll hold your bags...

"There is a lot of noise since outside are a lot of bar music ends at 5am so it was hard to sleep even with ear plugs, but the hotel is nice !"
