"The hosts are so sweet. Breakfast is very good they will cook eggs and bacon fresh for you. The rooms are very clean with fresh flowers a lovely touch. There is a small bar where you can have nightcap. The area around has lots of restaurants and bars. The square seems a little sketchy but we had no problems and felt very safe. We would recommend a stay at this hotel."

The interior design is upbeat and unlike your average hotel. Great bedding, great tree top view allowed us to be entertained by mourning doves and hummingbirds. The breakfast was average for this area: eggs, fruit, fruit juice with or without sugar. In house roasted coffee. The manager and staff were efficient and friendly. We particularly liked Fernanda, the woman who served us breakfast on day one off three."
"Me gustó todo. Especialmente me gustó el jugo de naranja natural servido por todos los días. Literalmente una máquina exprime naranjas reales. Era espectacular. A parte, la habitación es grande y tiene varios espacios para acomodar ropas. Tiene ventanas grandes y la luz solar hace la habitación clara. "
"Casa Anabela is in the historic centre of Quito and is walking distance to the Plaza de la Independencia and most of the major attractions in the area. Breakfast has cold and hot options. They make you eggs and coffee to your liking. The bathtub was very relaxing after a long day of travelling and sightseeing. "Overall a great stay. I super recommend! Most of the staff was very nice and friendly. Only one staff member was not that great. But that's ok! They cleaned my room every day and supplies fresh towels. I love that! They also gave two bottles of water complimentary. My stay came with a free breakfast buffet, which was delicious. "The hotel was so cute, well decorated (I love the 'it's a museum' vibe). I love that the artwork inside went with the room name/theme. I had a room with two beds, though I only needed one and it had SO much space. It was a last minute reservation I just needed for one night, but I'm looking forward to returning and staying for multiple nights!"
